3 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 C Sugar
16b Soda Crackers (Rolled into fine crumbs)
1 C chopped Pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Pint Whipped Cream
Beat 3 egg whites until foamy
Add Cream of Tartar and beat until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until sugar is dissolved.
Fold in Cracker Crumbs, Pecans, and Vanilla
Bake in greased pie plate 30-40 Minutes at 325
Cool completely
Fill center with Whipped Cream
