Banana Nut Bread


Recipe from
Sally Harrell
Blend well and then add to dry ingredients:
  1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten

1 1/2 cups of pre-sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 large Bananas (mashed) some extra
1 cup chopped pecans (1/2 cup)
1 tsp. Banana Flavoring
Grease and flour pans then line pans with Wax Paper.  Bake in slow oven at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
