Lasagna


Recipe from
Cindy McGregor
1 1\2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic minced or powder
1 Tbs. Parsley flakes
1 Tbs. Basil
1 tsp. Salt
1 large can tomatoes
2 6oz cans tomato paste
24 oz cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1\2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. Parsley flakes
1\2 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese
10 oz pkg. lasagna noodles

Brown meat thoroughly and drain.  Add next six ingredients.  Simmer uncovered.  Cook noodles.  Drain and Rinse and set aside. Combine cottage cheese with next five ingredients.  Set aside.  place 1\2 noodles 17x9_ baking dish. Spread  1/2 cottage cheese then 1\2 meat mixture, and noodles and cont. to alternate.  Bake at 375 degrees for30-40 minutes.  Cover top with mozzarella cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking.
