20 oz French style green beans
½ stick butter
1 large onion
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ pint sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2+ cup grated cheese
Cook green beans until tender. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add sour cream, canned soup, cooked green beans (well drained) to onions and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
