Dissolve: 3 cups warm water
2 Tbs. yeast
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. oil
6-8 cups white flour
1 Tbs. salt
1/4-1/3 cup gluten flour
Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl until raised (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Grease pan. Put corn meal on pan. Roll out dough onto the pan. Add toppings. Let rise for 5 more minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. *May want to prick dough with fork before adding topping.
