Hot Fudge Topping



                                                       Recipe from          
Jan Babcock
      4 squares unsweetened chocolate
      3 cups sugar
      2 squares margarine
      1 can evaporated milk
      1 tsp. vanilla 

On low heat melt the unsweetened chocolate.  Add the margarine and let it melt and then add the sugar, canned milk and vanilla.  Carefully bring the mixture to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved.  Yield: 1 1\2 quarts.
