Roxanne’s russian chicken


*she likes to serve it with rice

6 large chicken breasts
½ large bottle (16oz bottle) of russian salad dressing
1 package lipton onion soup mix dry
½ of 8oz jar of apricot jelly or ½ can cranberry sauce


Place in shallow baking dish chicken breast. Mix other 3 ingredients separately and pour over chicken breasts. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
