Pecan Pie


                                                       Recipe from
                                                       Sally Harrell
Crust:  1 stick softened Margarine
             3 oz Cream Cheese
             1 cup flour
             1\2 tsp. Butter Flavoring
      Knead together with fingers then press into large pie pan. (*Poke crust with a fork only if you are using the crust by itself). 
Filling:  1\8 tsp. salt
             1 cup sugar
             1 Tbs. Butter
             1\2 cup Whipping Cream
             1\2 cup Karo
             3-4 medium eggs
             1 1\2 tsp. vanilla
             1 heaping cup chopped Pecans

      Mix together with wire whisk or fork.  Pour into crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
