Chicken Lemon Caesar Salad

Dressing:
1 tsp Grated Lemon Rind
3 Tlbs Lemon Juice (fresh)
1 Tlbs Dijon Mustard
1 T White Wine Worchestershire Sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 1/2 T Sour Cream
Salad:
two heads of romaine lettuce
4 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
two or three chicken breasts saute'd with salt and pepper.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Add Grated cheese.
Whisk together remaining items and add sour cream last.
pour over salad and toss. top with croutons.
