Scalloped Potatoes


Recipe from
Fern Woodbury
1 soup can milk
2 16oz bag frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped onion

Combine above ingredients and put in a 9x13_ glass pan.  Sprinkle over top: 2 cups crushed cornflakes and 2 Tbs. butter.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
