Pumpkin Bars


                                      (Makes 30-36)   Recipe from
                                                       Maggie Massaro
      2 cups flour    1 tsp. soda
      2 cups Sugar    16 oz can Pumpkin Pie Filling
      2 tsp. baking Powder   4 eggs
      1 tsp. Cinnamon   1 tsp. Cloves
      1\2 tsp. salt    1 tsp. Nutmeg
                                     1 cup oil
Mix all bar ingredients at low speed.  Preheat oven at 350 degrees.  Grease a 15x10” pan.  Speed until moistened.  Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.  Bake 25-30 minutes.  Combine Frosting ingredients.  Beat until smooth.  Spread over cooled bars.  Refrigerate. 
Frosting: 1 tsp. vanilla   
3 cups Powdered Sugar
             1\4 cup Margarine (softened) 

6 oz Cream Cheese (softened) 1 Tbs. Milk
